Pretty damn nostalgic to go back here after all these years. I haven't been active on this site in four years, but it's fun to see my account is still here. I see I've got some new watchers, favs on old art-pieces and such, and I gotta say thank you to you all. I'm not gonna resume the small amount of activity I once had here, but my account is still open. Occasionally I might return to check out the (actual) artists who, unlike me, pours their hearts and souls into their work. It's wonderful to see such a thriving community here still. Well, now my ramblings are over, thank you for liking my small doodles (they kinda embarass me by now) and keep on creatin'!

Hai gaiz. Happy new year! I just thought I should write something, since it's been a while.

A few days before new years eve, I saw "Avatar" without 3D. Yesterday, I saw it with 3D. It's expensive as hell, but I saw it twice. It's THAT good. Plus, my dear parents wanted to see it, so they asked if I wanted to go with them. The movie is a masterpiece when it comes to visuals. I just got sucked into the beautiful animations when I first saw it, and when I saw it in 3D, the imagery was taken to a whole new level. But one should keep in mind, that this movie is all about the visuals. Watch it for the visuals and you're in for a treat. Sure, tt does have great acting, some big names are in there, like Sigourney Weaver. The leutainant is also one of my favourite bad guys ever. He's a real asshole who always survives everything, a total badass.
But the story aint that good. It's a concept that has been used at least 100 times before: A guy enters an unknown society, learns their way of doing things, meets a girl that he likes, then a tradgedy occurs where his own people are the bad guys, he is thought to be a traitor, then returns and makes things right. And throughout the whole film, every death of different key characters is just as predictable. Still, this concept has been used so many times because it works. It fits this kind of movie, but since I could predict almost everything in the whole film, I can't give it the top score. It lands on 8,5/10.

Yesterday, I also watched "The Descent". GO WATCH THAT MOVIE! It scary as all fuck. A group of girls venture out to explore a cave, where things go horribly wrong. Some kind of creatures live down in the caves, and the girls has to try to stay alive and find a way out. It ends up being a scary, bloody, claustophobic and fucked up nightmare of a film. It's a great watch, and the only things you could really predict was one or two scares, as well as the first death (she was stupid as hell, so it figures). Did I mention how bloody it is? There are one scene where a girl crawls around in guts, only to fall down in a pond of blood. It's fucked up, but awesome! Go watch it! 9/10

...is my barfday birthday! I'm now 18 years old, which means I'm a grown up!! YEAH! ... (poop, hihihihihihihi!) Now I'm allowed to do what I've always wanted, rent porn movies drink alcohol eat children get a drivers license!! Or well, I haven't really been longing for that my entire life, but whatever, it'll happen someday. Oh, and I have nothing against drinking alcohol, it's just that I've never been very into it. I will drink like hell on Saturday, however, when I'll celebrate my B-day with mah pals.

I got a bunch of presents this morning. I got the AvP novel "Prey" by Steve and Stephani Perry, a box of chocolates, a new wallet, a traveling bag, "Pride and Predjudice and Zombies" by Seth Grahame Smith (and Jane Austen, lolz), Aliens Omnibus Volume 3, Shaun of the Dead on DVD, issue 288 of Fangoria (New Moon on the cover... urgh...), an awesome Jason Voorhees hoodie from a friend, and last but not least A PLAYSTATION 3 OMGOMGOMG IT'S SO GODDAMN AWESOME!!! With that said, though, I don't have any games for it yet. I ordered Uncharted: Drake's Fortune online today, it'll arrive tomorrow or on friday.

Oh, but it's not over yet, I'll be having my relatives over tonight (yes, it will be cake) and then I'll probably get some more stuff. I'm hoping for money so I can buy more PS3 games, though.

Oh, and I also got this awesome present from here at deviantART! I have orange hair!! 8D

A new One Piece opening debuted with the latest anime installment, episode 426. It's awesome!! Go check it out! It gets awesome after about a minute or so, though. The song is called "Kaze o Sagashite" and is made by Hexagon Family.

Still, this opening is very different from the others. It has a very calm vibe to it, even when it gets a little speedier. It's catchy all the time though. Many fans complained that it didn't fit the scenarios displayed in the video, but I think it works out ok. Not good, just ok. Still, that only goes for the Impel Down arc visuals in this opening. The Marineford ones works better to the song. With that said though, this opening video contains pretty heavy spoilers for those of you who're not reading the manga, so beware. Still, all the other openings does to, so whatever.

Also, while I'm at it, the newest episode started a series of "Special episodes linked to the movie", which leads up to 12/12, when the 10th One Piece movie will be released. The movie, entitled Strong World, seems like an awesome one! I haven't bothered checking out the other movies, since I hate filler stuff, but this new movie is actually written by Eiichiro Oda! How awesome isn't THAT?! I'm really psyched for this one, since it contains stuff that Oda originally wanted to keep in the manga, but decided to skip it. The original idea he had was to mention Kinjishi (the villain in this new movie) in Shanks' conversation with Whitebeard, but Oda left it out because he thought that would be too much info for the fans to handle. Therefore, it can be argued whether movie 10 will be canon in the One Piece storyline or not. We'll have to wait and see...

I'm pretty thrilled to see where all this is going. And this new filler arc starts to show some of the "prequel" stuff to the movie, or something like that. I'm eagerly looking forward to the next weekend! But even more to Thursday, when we'll get the NEW CHAPTER OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG HOOOOOLY MUTHAFCKINNASSCRACK!!!!!11½§Ooneone11Q

After many deep discussions with the man living inside my head, I've concluded that God exists. He gave us AvP, Tetris and chocolate, and even his own son, Eiichiro Oda.

One Piece chapter 563 is both awesome and touching. I could've used this time for studying, but I'm gonna write about the new chapter instead!
